Willow’s Tree Behavioral Health aim is to provide high-quality, affordable, and holistic mental health care via outpatient care, telehealth services, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities. Our treatment goals are centered around delivering multidisciplinary integrated care. We believe that mental health affects a person’s mind and overall well-being. We believe that providing patient-focused care it is proven to improve efficiencies (ie. Lower patient care cost and collaborative care) and healthier outcomes.
Alicia Allen is the CEO & Co-founder of Willow’s Tree Behavioral Health, PLLC. She is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner in adult-gerontology and psychiatric mental health. Alicia has over ten years of medical experience and has a well-diverse nursing background in progressive care/trauma,
medical-surgical, psychiatry, home health, veteran affairs, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities.
Alicia obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from Bethune Cookman University, her Master of Science Degree from Florida A & M University and post-master certification in psychiatry from the University of Cincinnati. She is a member of American Association of Nursing Practitioners, American Nursing
Credentialing Center and Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc. She has been on the editorial committee for Florida Baby, 2021 and has published scholarly projects throughout her nursing career.
