Absolutely! Initial Psychiatric Evaluation is $200 and a Follow up/medication management is $140. Initial Psychotherapy Intake is $150 and psychotherapy follow-up is $125. Life coach sessions are $100.
There are certain conditions where controlled substances maybe required, however, we do not prescribe more than two controlled substances at a time and appointments are required every 4-6 weeks if prescribed a controlled substance.
During your appointment a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation will be done and if you are diagnosed with a mental health condition and medication is appropriate you may receive a prescription, however, there is no guarantees that a prescription will be provided. No refunds are granted if a prescription is not given.
At this time Willow’s Tree Behavioral Health, PLLC does not treat Acute Mania, Psychotic Disorders (Schizophrenia), Severe Neurological Conditions, Active Suicidality/Homicidality
Currently Willow’s Tree Behavioral Health, PLLC only sees patients starting at age15 and older
You are given a 10-minute grace period for lateness and will be considered a no-show after 10 minutes. There is a fee for lateness and no-show which is non-refundable.
Canceling and rescheduling an appointment must be done 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment
to avoid a late cancellation fee. Appointments can be rescheduled/cancelled by calling the office at (904) 977-5098 or sending a message in the Spruce app.
